Fogsi infertility Training
- IUI & Stimulation protocol 2 days Rs 3450 only
- Basic training infertility course 7 days includes above course plus fertility enhancing endoscopic surgery. Sonography monitoring
- Advanced infertility training courses 14 days includes above two courses plus IVF&ICSI infertility lab work ,cryo preservation, study material. Rs28750 only
Note- Hands on training is not included. It will be separate one month course as per decision of ART unit head.
Require ment of doing this courses
- DD from any nationalized bank in the favor of FOGSI payable at Mumbai for the required amount
- complete application form in all respects at the time of joining Shewale Hospital Aurangabad
- attested xerox copies of degrees ( MBBS. MD. DGO. DNB) . Attested xerox of proof of membership of obgy society & copy of receipt or letter from Fogsi secretary .attested copy of MMC registration
